Provision of Management Services of the Royal Perth Multi Deck Car Park

East Metropolitan Health Service (EMHS) is seeking to establish a Contract for the provision of comprehensive Operational Management Services for the Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) Multi Deck Car Park (MDCP). The MDCP operates twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, including public holidays, and requires consistent oversight to ensure the site remains functional, safe, and presentable to staff, patients, and visitors.

The Contractor will be responsible for delivering Operational Management services that support the effective functioning of the MDCP, including the coordination and oversight of site activities to ensure a secure, well-maintained, and welcoming environment.

The full scope of services under this Contract, also includes the following two (2) optional service categories:

a) Cleaning Services (including waste removal); and

b) Gardening Services (including waste removal).

Respondents may submit an Offer for one (1) or more service categories. The Evaluation will be based on demonstrated capability, relevant experience, and capacity to deliver high-quality services in alignment with EMHS standards.

The Contract Authority reserves the right to award this Contract to one (1) contractor across all categories or multiple contractors across all categories.
