Meso Level Evaluation of Community Recovery Programs - 2003996

This evaluation seeks to understand the resourcing, co-ordination, design and strategic alignment, activities, outcomes, and efficiency of the 3 programs in supporting disaster recovery in NSW communities impacted by the 2019/20 bushfires, March 2021 floods and 2022 floods cross NSW. It also seeks to understand, map, and evaluate how the:? RSS program supports DRG applicants with applications,?? CRO programs interacts with and refers into the RSS program,? RSS program feeds information into the CRO program,? DRG caseworkers refer applicants into the RSS program, and? How CROs and RSSs get information back to the RA.?? As the programs are delivered in partnership with other NSW Government agencies, NGOs and Local Councils the evaluation should also produce recommendations for co-ordination and collaboration in supporting disaster impacted communities to recover from a major event.
