Description
This brief is for the preparation of a Shoreline Erosion Management Plan (SEMP) for Midge Point Beach which is located approximately 100 km north of Mackay.
The main sandy beach runs from the end of Nielson Parade in the north to Yard Creek in the south, for a distance of approximately 1.8 km.
A Shoreline Erosion Management Plan is required to provide technical advice on the causes of the erosion and to identify options for future management.
