Description
Brisbane City Cluster is required to provide a consistent, high quality ICT Managed Service to QLD Health Corporate Services Division as well as 15 precinct sites within Brisbane City.
This ITO will meet the Queensland Health's business requirements for availability, reliability, and secure services backed by service levels that improve desktop and end user experience and productivity, standardize the desktop environment — both hardware and software — improve security, data management and backup in the desktop environment, improve asset management, and control and improve total cost of ownership management while supporting the Queensland Health's business initiatives.
