The purpose of this procurement is to engage the services of a Fire and Hydraulic Engineer for the delivery of the new Marsden Park South Public School. The professional service provider will be requested to provide Fire and Hydraulic Engineering services and advice to progress the project. The scope of works is as stipulated in the Fire & Hydraulic Standard Scope of Services.The deliverables are: Fixed Scope: Phase 1 – Master planning (Noting initial scheme is prepared by SINSW)Phase 2 – Concept Design Optional Scope: Phase 3 – Schematic DesignPhase 4 – Design DevelopmentPhase 5 – Contract DocumentationPhase 6 – Tender/Offer, Evaluation and Award
