Gleneagle State School Classroom Extension

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the construction of a classroom extension at Gleneagle State School, located at 126-146 Mount Lindesay Highway, Gleneagle, Queensland 4285 as part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement Program (SIEP) program.

The scope of works generally includes the refurbishment and extension of the existing 2-GLA Block D building at Gleneagle State School. These works will provide an additional 2 GLA’s, a new Practical Learning Area, new meeting room and a number of additional storage spaces. All works are to be completed by Friday 10 July 2020.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works - It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Open) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
• Public Liability Insurance to the value of $20,000,000
