03639 - Plant and Operational Data Management Solution

Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater has a requirement for the provision of a Plant and Operational Data Management (PODM) Solution.

Seqwater manages a portfolio of assets that includes dams, weirs, water treatment plants, bores and remote field stations. Plant and operational data from these assets is currently collected, stored and managed using a variety of methods, including 35 Excel spreadsheets, Access databases, and paper records. The implementation of a single scalable, integrated solution will enable user efficiencies and data integrity necessary for reporting, compliance and confidence in the data used for Seqwater’s decision making.

The desired outcome is implementation of a PODM Solution that includes the system, tools and streamlined processes necessary to support Seqwater with operational efficiency and compliance, while remaining in alignment with Seqwater’s overall business planning and strategy.
