North Lakes State College - External Works (With Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of the External Works Project at North Lakes State College, located at Joyner Cct, North Lakes QLD 4509, as part of the School Direct program.

The project consists of numerous reinforced concrete slabs and walkways, a storeroom infill, new shade structure, sandstone block seating and new school signage. The site is located in numerous locations around the school campus with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by January 2023.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.

Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
