This procurement is to renew a contract with Qualtrics for the Qualtrics (XM) software licence which expires on 24 June 2022. Qualtrics is partially owned by SAP. It is agreed by SAP in C2602 that the agreement framework can be leveraged for government agencies to procure both Qualtrics and Concur. Agencies can use the C2602 custom contract or GOF with exception of using 2602 as the reference of head agreement.
