Cavendish Road SHS - iCentre Refurbishment ( With design responsibility)

Cavendish Road State High School is calling for tender submissions for the refurbishment of a an existing Resource Centre at Cavendish Road State High School , located at Cavendish Rd & Holland Rd, Holland Park QLD 4121, as part of the Refresh programme.

The works consist of the following:

- Internal and external painting

- New carpet

- New front entry doors

All works are to be completed by during September school holidays.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works

• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000

All visitors to school sites to comply with the vaccine mandate and Covid-19 Safety precautions will be mandatory for site inspections
