Professional Engineering Services Panel

CS Energy is seeking proposals for a panel of Professional Engineering Services.

This includes general and specialist electrical, mechanical, chemical, civil, and other engineering services. Provisions of the services should be in a manner that is aligned with the business objectives of CS Energy, including:

• engineering excellence;
• the best value for money;
• leveraging benefits of consolidation;
• innovative supply solutions and service;
• the best performance on safety and environmental management and incident prevention;
• strategic alignment and benefits formed on the basis of a strong contractual relationship; and
• contractual relationships that are based on high levels of transparency and cooperation and a philosophy of openness and trust.

CS Energy is seeking for the engineering services panel to be comprehensive and usable across the organisation. It is intended that the panel will be divided into several levels for each engineering discipline, being:

• Multidisciplinary/specialist (Tier 1);
• Single or multiple capability (Tier 2); and
• Fit for Purpose (Tier 3).

The result sought is a panel of professional engineering service providers with adequate experience, capability and capacity to assist and work in collaboration with CS Energy to meet its commercial and operational outcomes.
