Highland Reserve State School Resource Centre Refurbishment (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the completion of a Resource Centre Refurbishment at Highland Reserve State School located at 570 Reserve Road, Upper Coomera QLD 4209 as a part of the School Infrastructure Enhancement (SIE) Programme.

The scope comprises the infill of the existing first floor court yard of the Resource Centre to create a new collaborative learning space. Including new walls, new joinery, finishes, electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic works. All works are to be completed by 14 January 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
