Kenmore South State School New Lifts

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the construction of two new lifts (including shaft and lift) as well as a covered walkway at Kenmore South State School, located at 16 Kersley Rd, Kenmore QLD 4069, as part of the Education 4 All (Ed4All) programme.

One lift will service Block B and one lift will service the Hall. The new lifts will need to service two levels. Lifts are to be constructed over successive school holiday periods (September and Dec/Jan). The project has been fully documented.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum QBCC Builders licence and certified 3rd Party Quality Assurance with ability to undertake the entire scope of works. Demonstration of prior experience will be required in the non-price submission.
