Elanora SHS Roof Replacements and Repairs (with Design Responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the roof replacement and repairs of multiple blocks at Elanora State High School, located at Corner Nineteenth Ave & Avocado Street, Elanora QLD 4221 as a part of the Refurbishment & Rectification (R&R) programme.

The scope comprises the full roof replacement of 4 no. buildings (Blocks M, F, P and Student Centre) and minor roof repairs to 14 no. buildings within the school site. All works are to be completed by February 2022.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
