QRP-21-53 Legal Advice for Insurance and Workers Compensation Claims Panel Arrangement

Queensland Rail has a requirement to engage a number of consultants to provide legal advice and assistance to the Queensland Rail Insurance & Workers Compensation Units in relation to conduct of Personal Injuries and Property Matters (including recoveries) & Workers Compensation Claims relating to its Queensland Operations.

This Request for Proposal involves two (2) categories:

• Category A – Legal Advice for Insurance Claims

• Category B – Legal Advice for Workers Compensation Claims

Tenderers can respond to one or both categories.

Ariba Sourcing, Queensland Rail’s tendering system, is the only tool that will be used for the receipt of tender submissions. Queensland Rail will not accept any hardcopy responses or responses via the Queensland Government QTenders website.
