Description
Queensland Bulk Water Supply Authority trading as Seqwater seeks tenders from suitably qualified construction contractors to undertake refurbishment works at the Administration Building at Seqwater’s Landers Shute Water Treatment Plant. The scope of works includes:
- New roof constructions,
- Internal office and building fit outs,
- Air Conditioning; and
- Associated building services.
Please note that aSECOND site visit will be held on Tuesday 9th October at 10.30am should tenderers wish to revisit the site with subcontractors. This site inspection will focus particularly on the mechanical elements of the scope. Please ensure that you register for this by emailing [email hidden].

Please note that a THIRD site visit will be held on Monday 15th October 2012 at 9.00am.
