RFQ9764 - Fitout Services for 36 Brandl Street, EIGHT MILE PLAINS Q 4113

The Queensland Government, acting through Queensland Health, eHealth Building Facilities, is seeking a vendor to deliver fitout services commencing early September at a new property located at 36 Brandl Street, Eight Mile Plains QLD 4113. This will include end to end project management of all trades in the supplied Tender Documents, and to work in conjunction with, and meet the specifications provided by, Verbasis Architects and Building Services Engineers as well as meeting all current Queensland Health ICT cabling standards.

The project will include the provision of:

• Demolition of toilet/bathroom on level 1 and areas on ground floor as marked in the demolition plan.
• Construction of Testlab, run-up space, secure disposal, as indicated in the Tender Documents.
• Construction of Comms room, conference room, meeting rooms, kitchen, break-out space, focus zones as indicated in the Tender Documents.
• Cabling and electrical to 89 desks, WAPs, comms room, Testlab, run-up space, kitchen, conference room and meeting rooms as specified in the Tender Documents.
• Supplementary air conditioners and associated mechanical works as scoped in the Tender Documents.
• Alteration of fire services as indicated in the Tender Documents.
• Meet all requirements in the Tender Documents with the exception of the supply of workstations and associated softwiring. These have been procured by the client directly. You will be required to manage the date of installation of furniture in the project with the preferred furniture supplier nominated by the client and arrange the electrical contractor to install all softwiring associated with the furniture installation.

It does not include provision of Furniture.
