Description
The project is located at 420 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. It shall consist of the replacement of twelve water-cooled fan coil units, nineteen chilled water fan coil units, replacement of the existing 700 kW water-cooled screw chiller with two water-cooled screw chillers to cope with the loads of the twelve chilled water fan coil units, and the addition of two chilled water storage tanks to operate at light loads of the building. Due to the changes of the loads it is necessary to replace the chilled water pumps and condenser water pumps as well. Installation works are to be programmed to ensure continuous operation of the air conditioning system for the entire facility.
