Improving technology governance is a core capability of the DCS CIO function, however with limited available internal resources, support is sought from an experienced vendor to assist in developing the frameworks, policies and procedures needed to deliver the required capability uplift. The engagement will provide time‑limited, specialist advisory support to uplift internal capability and does not replace or duplicate ongoing core work performed by DCS employees.
