WA Health Data Platform Program requires the Service of a Data Ingestion Business review The WA HDP program require a service to deliver a review of data ingestion processes including documentation steps and approvals. The required output is a report outlining findings and recommendations for including a recommended end to end optimised process with indicative timings for each step. Current state: A review of the existing DIM lifecycle, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, current challenges (e.g., frequent rework due to shifting requirements) and their impact on throughput and system integrity Gap Analysis & Optimization Recommendations Analysis outlining gaps between the current process and an optimized future state, with recommendations to remove unnecessary steps. Include recommendations for all relevant documentation including Solution Architecture and Design (SAD) documents and Solution Design Briefs (SDB) that align with the optimized processes. Review of process flows and integration points that improve coordination among teams (e.g., between DIM and Quality/Release Management). Optimized Data Ingestion Framework: A streamlined, documented framework for the data ingestion lifecycle with redundant steps removed to improve throughput.
