Fit out of shelled Dental space in Clinic C to provide an additional Dental Surgery room

Quotes are invited for the following scope of work, to be undertaken in accordance with the Panel Arrangement HSS304918, Health’s Request Conditions and General Conditions of Contract – Works [June2015]. PCH Dental currently has five Dental Surgery rooms within Clinic C, fitted out with a Dental chair. During the PCH Project a Dental room was fitted out as a shelled space that would enable an additional Dental Surgery room to be fitted out at a time in the future when it was required. In the interim this room has been operating as a store room. CAHS is seeking to address these issues through fit out of the shelled Dental space in Clinic C to provide an addition Dental Surgery room, increasing their number to six. The fit out will require the Contractor to: Demolish and removal of existing FF&E within the proposed Dental Surgery Room. Remove ceiling to connect services, gas and ventilation systems and reinstall. Install Dental chair, cabinetry and medical gas panel. Install furniture, fixtures and equipment
