Description
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) is undertaking a multi?year digital transformation program designed to modernise core business systems, uplift cybersecurity maturity, and reduce operational and technical risk across the organisation. This program includes significant reform across corporate, legal, case management and supporting technology environments, as well as the adoption of contemporary platforms, cloud services and integration capabilities. Given the scale of change, the increasing governance requirements, and the need for coherent agency?wide architectural oversight, the ODPP requires specialist enterprise-architecture services. The existing ODPP environment comprises a mix of on?premises and cloud platforms, complex data repositories, and legacy systems that are currently undergoing review and modernisation. All systems and digital assets within this environment must adhere to ODPP security, privacy and compliance requirements, including strict controls around access, auditability, and data handling.
