Description
DBCA intends to engage a suitably qualified Contractor to undertake roofing upgrade works on a small gym and yoga structure located at the 17 Dick Perry Avenue, Kensington. The existing roof has minimal fall and incorporates concealed box gutters that are prone to frequent leaking. To address these issues, DBCA requires the installation of a new roof structure incorporating an eaves gutter system and new insulated roof sheeting.
