Description
To establish a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the provision of safe and efficient plant supply (with operator) for the effective delivery of civil construction and maintenance projects within the Downs South West (DSW) region for the initial term of 3 years with 2 x 12 month extension options.
This will replace existing state-wide SOA RTDSW10070 Downs South West Region Intermittent Plant Hire (Wet) 2011-2012.
