Beaudesert State High School - Modular Demolition & T2000 Relocation (with design responsibility)

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Modular Demolition & T2000 Modular Relocation at Beaudesert State High School, located at 271-297 Brisbane Street, Beaudesert, QLD 4285, as part of the Targetted Maintenance program.

The scope comprises the demolition of an existing Modular Classroom Building on the Beaudesert State High School school site, and relocation of an existing Modular building from the same site to replace the demolished Modular. The relocated T2000 Modular will include a minor refurbishment of paint, lights, carpet and the design & construction of a composite timber ramp. All works are to be completed by February 2024.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00
