Description
Tenders are sought for the demolition and removal of all above ground and subsurface infrastructure located on Allotment 3, Old Mount Barker Road, Verdun. The site will be vacated by 14 May 2007 and demolition should commence soon after this date.
All above ground infrastructure is to be removed and earthworks undertaken to return the ground level to a natural contour.
All subsurface structures (including the four underground fuel storage tanks and septic tank) are to be removed and any excavations should be suitably fenced with 2 metre high cyclone fencing where appropriate.
