Supply of Voice Telecommunications Benchmarking Services

The Disability Services Commission is seeking to procure the services of a supplier to: work closely with relevant Commission staff; undertake an analysis of phone services and report on the outcomes; and to provide costs to repeat this analysis as required and to undertake an audit of the Commissions fixed and mobile phone bills as required. Specifically the supplier will: analyse the Commissions fixed and mobile phone costs and usage (based on past bills) against provided call and service rates recommend fixed and mobile phone usage changes that the Commission may make and provide details of the cost savings that emanate from these changes provide a detailed report to the Commission on this analysis and recommendations
