The Department of Energy and Climate is seeking Proposals for EN24024 - Program Management Office Implementation and Support Services to support delivery success, including new project management practices and processes.

The Department is seeking a supplier to provide Project Management Office implementation and support services to build and ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Project Management Office (PMO) in DEC. This will includes but is not limited to;

• implementing best practice methodologies, frameworks, practices and processes fit-for-purpose for tracking and monitoring a whole-of-government Plan and investment and delivery of large-scale energy infrastructure on the optimal infrastructure pathway in the Blueprint
• providing support services to the existing Program Management Office to operationalise new planning and monitoring tools and training facilitate knowledge sharing of best practice project management
• advising and designing key performance indicators and reporting frameworks to enable better decision-making within government.
