The scope of works of this project involves refurbishing of the existing Royal Military College Cadets Mess (Building A030) and the Duntroon Sergeants Mess (Building C94) to meet current and future user requirements without compromising the heritage value.
In summary, the works at the Royal Military College Cadets Mess will deliver a full Commercial Kitchen Refurbishment, Roof Works, Services upgrades, and various refurbishment and compliance works throughout the building both internally and externally; the works in the Sergeant’s Mess include cosmetic upgrades and compliance works.
