Employee Assistance Program

The Disability Services Commission is seeking the provision of a confidential professional counselling service for all employees (averaging approximately 2000 full-time equivalent (FTE) and their immediate families (on a voluntary basis) in metropolitan and regional areas of Western Australia. The approximate hours of anticipated contact are 356 hours.
Through this Request process it is envisaged that a panel of service providers will be established to provide the required services.

If the Respondent submits the Offer by hand or by post, the Respondent must provide 4 copies, with 1 copy marked “original” and 3 copies marked “copy”.
