Description
The RIA proposes to let the tenancy, known previously as the Geordie Bay Café, on a short term basis over the 2011/12 visitor season. The RIA is required to make some essential improvements to the tenancy prior to any new business commencing operation. The area of the proposed renovation measures approximately 40 sqm and includes works on essential services, walls, floor and the main entrance.
Geordie Bay is a small settlement of holiday accommodation units located approximately 3 km from the Rottnest Island main settlement on the northern side of the Island.
