Procurement Facilitation and Support Services - Panel

The Procurement Facilitator is required to provide the following services:

1. Facilitation of procurement option analysis during the planning, delivery and closeout phases of a project;
2. Prepare, present and facilitate procurement workshop documentation, procurement risk assessments and procurement option discussion papers as related to each of the projects;
3. Development of Procurement Plans for each project, including discussions and presentations to support the decision making process within the PTA governance structure for each of the projects;
4. Development or amendment of current procurement documentation;
5. Facilitate workshop(s) for PTA staff within MPU on collaborative procurement arrangements;
6. Facilitate, advise and support the procurement activities for each project in each of its phases; and
7. Facilitate and support other procurement activities as required.
