ROCKY RIVER PRECINCT REDEVELOPMENT – FLINDERS CHASE NATIONAL PARK, KANGAROO ISLAND – GENERAL BUILDING CONTRACTORS

Registrations of interest are invited from organisations for the construction of (1) Staff Housing and (2) Campground Ablutions and Day visitor Facilities at Flinders Chase National Park Kangaroo Island. Two separate construction tenders will be called to complete the listed projects as part of the master plan prepared by the Department for Heritage and Enviroment. Registrations of interest will be considered from contractors that have relevant experience and technical capability on relevant domestic type contracts in remote areas in Australia during the last five years and can demonstrate a capability to influence the overall success of the project through quality, construction, project programming and a good knowledge of the constraints in working in a National Park. On the basis of information submitted in accordance with the registration document, registrants will be selected to tender for the projects. Late registrations may not be considered. No registration will necessarily be accepted.
