Description
The Department of the Attorney General is seeking to establish an Aboriginal Mediation Service Panel. Successful Panel Members will mediate throughout the state of Western Australia.
The types of mediation are:
- feuding or disputes (inter or intra family);
- burial disputes;
- any conflict with other people, agencies or departments (where there are now statutory review or appeal mechanisms or rights); and
- mediation referrals from various courts.
