The Department of Education, as part of a consortium of State Government Agencies and TAFE Tasmania, wishes to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced consultant to assist with all aspects relating to the establishment of a cost efficient and effective retail supply of electricity to a range of Government occupied sites that will become contestable under the third Tranche of the Tasmanian Retail Contestability Timetable.
