New Perth Stadium Transport Infrastructure Phase 2 Ground Improvements for rail Tracks and Platforms

1. The Scope of Works for this RFT is for the Phase 2 Ground Improvement for Rail Tracks and Platform beside the existing Armadale Rail line.
2. The project has been separated into 2 works sites:

• Site 1 - Western side CH 1250 to CH 1600, southern side of the existing Stage 1 tracks
• Site 2 - Eastern side CH 2100 to CH 2350, southern side of the existing Stage 1 tracks

The Work under this RFT consist of all stages of work associated with the ground improvement by surcharging to the profiles, levels and surface finishes as specified or as shown in the Drawings including, but not limited to, preparation of the subgrade, filling, compaction, stabilisation of the surcharge earthworks and managing and coordinating the installation of monitoring instrumentation.

1. A Non –Mandatory Briefing will be held at 1.00pm Thursday 30th October 2014, Tenderers are required to meet at the Riverside Meeting Room at Former Burswood Park Golf Course at Roger Mackay Road. All Tenderers must come equipped with a high visibility orange vest/shirt, safety boots and site ready vehicle with rotating amber light. As limited parking is available attendees are requested to keep vehicle numbers to a minimum.
