Parliamentary Services Department - Parliament House - Air Conditioning Upgrade Phase 2
Site inspection:
A non-mandatory but highly recommended site inspection will be held on Friday 25 October 2013 at 1pm. The tender briefing will provide tenderers the opportunity to clarify any tender enquiries they have in relation to the tender in person prior to the closing of the tender. To confirm attendance at this briefing, you must contact: Dan Cochrane (9222 7305), Project Manager or Patricia Traegde (9222 7434), Building Services Manager, Parliamentary Services - Building Services and report to the Security Staff at Reception upon arrival.
Pursuant to clause 7.3 of the AS 4120 - 1994 Code of Tendering, when tenderers visit the Site and familiarise themselves with the Site upon which the work is to be undertaken then they shall comply with any Site access requirements specified in the Tender Documents.
When visiting Parliament House tenderers and all of their representatives shall arrange an appointment with Dan Cochrane (9222 7305), Project Manager or Patricia Traegde (9222 7434), Building Services Manager, Parliamentary Services - Building Services.
