Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Art Gallery of WA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified HVAC Contractors to undertake the Routine Maintenance of Mechanical Services at the Art Gallery of WA, Northbridge, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
Tenderers will need to register for documents with Trevor Edwards on 9492 6735 or by emailing [email hidden] by no later than 4.00pm Friday 14th September 2012
Documents will be available for pickup on Tuesday 18th September 2012 between 9.00am and 4.00pm

A mandatory site inspection will take place at 9.00am on Friday 21st September 2012, meeting at the Roe Street Security Entrance of the Art Gallery of WA.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing Date 2.00pm Thursday 11th October 2012.
