Construction of New Car Park off Laythorne Street and Associated Works at Mirrabooka Senior High School and Education Support Centre, Laythorne Street.
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from companies with recent experience in school projects to undertake the Construction of a New Car Park off aythorne Street and Associated Works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Mirrabooka Senior High School Education Support Centre.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 11.00 am Thursday 30 May 2013 at Mirrabooka Senior High School Education Support Centre, Laythorne Street, Mirrabooka.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Thursday 20 June 2013
