Description
The State Government of South Australia is seeking Registration of Interest for Contractors to participate in the tendering of substantial Facilities Management Contracts for the northern and eastern metropolitan regions of Adelaide, for potentially a 9-year contract period.
The successful registrants are to demonstrate extensive experience in Facilities Management, including the management of procurement and delivery of a broad range of maintenance, minor works and property services for a substantial asset base belonging to multiple asset owners.
The Facilities Management Contractor will be required to deliver exceptional performance in all aspects of FM Services, through a collaborative relationship that results in the implementation of industry best practice, real innovation and continuos improvement.
The Facilities Management Contractor will also be required to provide expertise in strategic asset management of Government assets to obtain long life best value for Government.
