Provision of a New Car Park and Associated Works
Quinns Beach Primary School
Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from Suitable Companies who have the ability to tender on the whole of the works and have recent experience in school projects. The Tender is to provide two options and undertake the construction of a new 36 bay or a 17 bay car park including all associated works in accordance with the tender documents provided for Quinns Beach Primary School.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10:00am, Thursday 29th August 2013 at Quinns Beach Primary School, 5 James Cook Ave, Quinns Rock WA 6030, meet at the Administration Building.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
Tenders shall be submitted in the tender box provided prior to the nominated closing time and date in a sealed envelope as detailed in the Spotless Preliminaries and Conditions of Tendering documentation provided.
Tender selection shall be based on best value for money and suitable experience, the lowest of any tenderer need not necessarily be selected.
Closing date: 2.00pm Thursday 12th September 2013.
