Asset Management Information System

The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) is responsible for the maintenance of a range of State-owned buildings that facilitate the delivery of culture and arts and recreation services across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. These buildings include:

• museums
• art galleries
• theatres
• library
• storage facilities
• recreation camps

DLGSCis seeking to engage a single Contractor for the supply, implementation, training, and ongoing support of a secure and user-friendlycommercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Software as a Service (SaaS) Asset Management Information System (AMIS) that will have the capability to support the core asset management processes across DLGSC’sbuilding asset portfolio.

The proposed contract term is four (4) years with an option of an additional one (1) year extension option at the discretion of DLGSC.

DLGSC is requesting information to assist with the selection of an AMIS that meets the requirements as documented in this Request.
