Beaumaris PS Basketball Court Resurfacing

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake the Basketball Court Resurfacing Works at Beaumaris Primary School.

The Work includes but is not limited to:

• Detailed inground scan of all services.
• Demolition associated with complete re-configuration of hardcourts to extent shown on drawings.
• Work is limited to areas noted on the drawings, no work other areas.
• Supply and install new limestone retaining wall works as detailed.
• Supply and install stormwater drainage as noted on drawings.
• Supply and install of complete Civil works as documented and detailed.
• Acrylic courts finish and line marking as detailed / specified.
• New goal/net posts as per std detail specified.
• Supply and fit new and modified existing fencing as detailed and specified.
• Supply and install of new concrete paving to extent noted on drawings.
• Relocate any reticulation fixtures affected by the works, liaise with gardener.
• Note that existing trees are to remain, except where noted.
• Provide new fill to evenly batter all banks up against court edges to create even falls.
• Contractor to co-ordinate all trades to project completion in. This will be co-ordinated at early start up site meeting with school.
• Make good to any affected surfaces resulting from the works.
• Provide Warranty and As Constructed documentation as per Preliminaries.
