Provision of ICT Research and Advisory Services

There is a requirement to ensure that Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) Corporate Services Directorate is suitably resourced to ensure readiness and the ability to respond to critical challenges, particularly around Digital Learning and changing skills and training needs of the economy.

DPIRD Information Services (IS) have identified the following key priorities as a focus to deliver business needs: IT Strategy Development, Cyber Security Maturity, ICT Improvement, Cloud Strategy Development, IT Delivery / Operating Model review, Cost Optimisation, IT Contract management.

To achieve the above, DPIRD requires, in the form of a subscription service, independent ICT research and advisory service into ICT best practices, industry trends, future directions and strategic advice based on research findings.
