Request for Tender for Business Process Mapping Services

The Department amalgamated two Groups and a branch to form the new Corporate Services Group in July 2016. An organisational blueprint and implementation plan, which describes the new group’s strategic goals, outcomes, customers, services, functions and optimal structure, has been developed.

This RFT will provide additional Services that assists the new Group to deliver its services with a high degree of reliability and efficiency. The Group is keen to explore ways to improve the efficiency of the processes delivered, and whether they deliver the right process for the Group and the organisation it supports.

Using a design approach, the successful Tenderer will assess what processes the Group is currently managing and delivering, what the pain points and satisfaction points are for its clients, and make recommendations for change. The Services will focus on mapping the current state of selected business processes, and developing the future state. The Services will also assist the Group to manage stakeholders in any transition made to new or different processes.
