The Commonwealth of Australia as represented by the Overseas Property Office (OPO) of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) requires the services of a suitably experienced organisation (Contractor) to provide procurement advisory and management services in relation to a comprehensive Request for Tender for Property Service for the overseas estate in accordance with the Commonwealth Procurement Guidelines and Departmental procedures.
The Contractor will be responsible for providing advice and professional services in the development and drafting of a request for tender for Property Services; the tendering and evaluation process and contract negotiation.
