FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) invites tenders from suitably qualified contractors to provide Facilities Maintenance and Management Services for its tenancy in the R G Casey Building. The contract includes the requirement to have suitably qualified on-site personnel and a 24/7 fault call centre. DFAT are one of two tenants in the RG Casey Bldg. The FM Services are required for the DFAT tenancy only and consist of the following: • Maintain the tenant’s mechanical, electrical & infrastructure assets; • Provide a Help Desk service for service requests; • Assist DFAT in compiling the annual minor works budget; • Provide monthly performance reports; • Maintain the asset register; • Work with DFAT to implement the Energy Management Plan. The successful contractor will be required to obtain appropriate security clearances for all maintenance staff that will work in the building.
