The Public Transport Authority of Western Australia is seeking the services of a suitably qualified contractor to prepare a Business Case to extend the Northern Suburbs railway from Brighton to Yanchep. The Business Case will be used by the Public Transport Authority (PTA) to advise the State Government of the priority for expenditure on rolling stock and infrastructure, and to plan for the PTA’s rolling stock acquisition and capital works program.
