Surfers Paradise State School - Resource Centre & Music Refurbishment 34-702370

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for the refurbishment of the Resource Centre (Block B) and the Music (Block F) at Surfer’s Paradise State School, 42 St Andrews Avenue, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217.

The works involve the refurbishment of the Resource (Block B) including roof re-pitch. And, the refurbishment of the ground level of Block F to accommodate new Music Rooms.

Tender submission will be accepted form contractors with a minimum PQC Level 2 with certifier 3^rd Party Quality Assurance and QBCC Builder’s Licence to undertake the full scop of works.

IMPORTANT: Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide a tender document, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer: is pre-qualified under the Queensland Government’s Prequalification (PQC) System to the nominated level (or higher); satisfies financial requirements; and meets project-specific criteria.
