‘5.3 Industry Briefing
5.3.1. Tenderers are invited to attend an online industry briefing, to be held on Thursday the 28th January 2021 commencing at 10:30am. A link to the MS Teams online session will be distributed to all Tenderers prior to the meeting by 5:00pm on the 27th January 2021. The industry briefing is anticipated to take approximately one hour.’
The RFT will procure a suitably pre-qualified and experienced consultant to undertake the enabling works comprising:
-the preparation of the two-stage tender documentation for the Design and Construct (D&C) Phase of John Gorton Drive Stage 3C (JGD3C);
-conducting technical assessment of D&C tenders submitted; and
-provide design project management, PAP and construction surveillance and contract administration services during the JGD3C D&C phase.
